It also includes these unique study aids and printed keepsakes: Downloadable PDFs of Michael's talks; A Personal Journal, spiral bound; Pilgrim's Credentials and "Day" Stickers. Each video series will be available for a limited time.
Levanté 1 is the first of Michael Fish's fascinating new retreat series, designed to help us recognize the opportunities for personal growth that are often hidden within everyday experiences - a springboard inviting fresh perspectives on life's challenges and rewards. Born of Michael's experiences during his arduous and eventful fifth Camino across Spain, Levanté 1 focuses on how simple everyday events hold valuable lessons for living life in the "now." In Levanté 1, Fr. Michael takes us along during the first five days of his trek across Spain on the Camino Levanté. This route of the Camino de Santiago is by far the road less traveled. Amazing and unpredictable, the Levanté journey provided a wealth of wonderful opportunities to see what God can teach us about each and every life experience.

Spirituality Series 2022: Forgiveness Part 3: Forgiveness: A Process "Nuts & Bolts" a Continuation... with Fred Luskin, PhD & Herb Kaighan, Spiritual Guide
Saturday, June 11, 2022 10:00am to 1:00pm Via Zoom US Pacific Time
Beginning with a review of previous sessions so anyone can attend, this workshop will teach the steps to FORGIVENESS as determined by the Stanford Forgiveness Projects. Lecture and guided practice will be offered. Bill Wilson (cofounder of AA) discusses forgiveness - he calls it "letting go of resentment". It's not done to please others, but in the interest of freedom - theirs and ours. A life which includes deep resentment leads only to futility and unhappiness. Learn about the process of forgiveness ~ 1. what it is and what it is not, how to forgive them and ourselves. Workshop will focus on positive intention, unenforceable rules, and decision & action as tools for the forgiveness process.
Fred Luskin, PhD, is the director of the Stanford University Forgiveness Projects, a senior consultant in health promotion at Stanford University, and a professor at the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology, as well as an affiliate faculty member of the Greater Good Science Center. He is the author of "Forgive for Good: A Proven Prescription for Health and Happiness" and also "Stress Free for Good: Ten Proven Life Skills for Health and Happiness", with Kenneth Pelletier, PhD. Spirituality Series 2022: LIVE... Wide AWAKE ~ Die... Sleep Walking: Secrets for OPTIMAL LIVING with Allen Berger, PhD & Herb Kaighan, Spiritual Guide
Saturday, June 18, 2022 10:00am to 1:00pm Via Zoom US Pacific Time
PURPOSE: The Twelve Step process is a solution not only to addiction but for resolving the human malady of "unmanageability". Carl Jung suggested "The Spirit is the antidote to spirits." Bill Wilson states in the Big Book "...our way of living has its advantages for All." Attendees ~ will experience the process for radical personal change in the way they think, feel and behave; will identify sources of serial suffering and chronic unhappiness; will learn about resources and tools for healing and a life that flourishes; will practice the skills and actions which establish and foster a sense of well-being and joy. Who should attend? ALL who are interested in improving the QUALITY of their life; especially those in any 12 Step Fellowship.
Honestly ask yourself: Are you experiencing serial suffering? Are you 'restless, irritable and discontent'? Unhappy? Do you find yourself repeating certain self-defeating patterns?
The workshop will discuss achieving & sustaining emotional balance and spiritual vitality. The path of improving consciousness and enlarging compassion produces optimal living. "We keep our heads in the clouds and our feet firmly planted on the earth" (BB page 130). Happiness is not a product: it is a by-product! Human beings have an intrinsic need to have meaning through connecting to a value larger than themselves. Human beings create a life of purpose through the actions of helping others. This is now not just common sense, historical experience, good philosophy, or eloquent poetry. It is confirmed by the hard evidence of the science of HAPPINESS. When we have a meaningful connection beyond ourselves and live a life of contribution - we find personal happiness and a life of purpose. We will discuss our experience of sustaining emotional balance, and spiritual maturity, especially through "Our Way of Life" - Steps 10,11 & 12. Dr. Allen Berger is a Clinical Psychologist and is 50 years clean & sober. Dr. Berger will discuss mental health concepts like emotional dependency, self-esteem, interdependence & manifesting our true self. abphd.com.
