“I need not be great. On the contrary, I must remain little.” -St. Therese of Lisieux
Fr. Pat Crowley, SSCC
7:00pm Friday, September 21 to 1:30pm Sunday, September 23
In his book Raw Faith John Kirvan states: “We have been led to believe that life is all about qualifying for eternity, about piling up enough points to let us pass through to another life”. This retreat will focus on life as “gift”. Everything we are and have is pure gift. “I repeat, it is owing to his favor that salvation is yours through faith. This is not your own doing, it is God's gift”. (Eph 2. 8.) The retreat will also provide a healing service – an opportunity to experience God's healing touch in an atmosphere of prayer and compassionate love. Cost: per person/shared $240 ($260 after August 31) single $340 ($360 after August 31)

Second & Fourth Wednesdays of each month, 7:30 to 9:00pm

Centering Prayer is a relationship with God and a discipline to foster that relationship. It is a movement beyond conversation to communion and union with God. It prepares us for the gift of contemplation. Centering Prayer is not meant to replace other kinds of prayer; rather it casts new light & depth of meaning on all types of prayer. Come and pray with us.
